Online courses offered by Anxiety Canada: My Anxiety Plans (MAPs) are anxiety management programs (really more like online courses) based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based psychological treatment. These courses help you manage anxiety. The best part is they are free!
