CAPS can provide psychoeducational workshops on various topics such as the ones listed here.  Upcoming workshops have been posted below, plan to stop by!

Because CAPS does not consider workshops a clinical service, we do not require a signed "consent for treatment" or "limitations of confidentilaity" statement.  However, as mental health professionals we are bound by law and ethics codes to report any harm to self, others, children, or vulnerable individuals.

 

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop (formerly Koru Basic Mindfulness)

Students that take this evidence-based class experience less self-judgment, more mindfulness, less stress, and better sleep.
